Beer-Wells Real Estate Services, Inc. and its predecessors were founded in 1952 by A. Robert Beer. The company engages the service of 35 full time associates, all highly qualified and experienced in commercial real estate sales, management and leasing. Beer-Wells Real Estate Services currently manages and leases a combined total of over 4,000,000 square feet of retail, industrial, and office space in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our associates are real estate professionals and value our reputation as a performance company in step with the firm's philosophy of "Service with Integrity".
