During Mr. Carson's tenure as a real estate appraiser, has prepared
numerous valuations on a variety of high profile and complex income
producing real estate developments. These assignments required analytical,
communication, and problem-solving skills, which Mr. Carson has
continually enhanced since his inception into the profession. Some
of the more complex assignments in which Mr. Carson has completed
appraisals which involve The Crescent, one of the premier mixed-use
office/hotel/retail developments in the nation; retrospective valuations
of the leased fee and sublease interests in three branch bank facilities;
the Promenade Center in Richardson, Texas; and numerous Foxworth-Galbraith
lumberyards and Wyatt's Cafeterias located throughout North and
Central Texas. Mr. Carson has completed assignments across the state
of Texas, as well as in Colorado, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Nevada.

The Land Economics
and Real Estate curriculum at Texas A&M University is one of
only three degree programs in the United States which have been
sanctioned by The Appraisal Institute for post-graduate studies
in commercial real estate appraisal. Mr. Carson received the Master's
degree in May 1988. Prior to his graduate studies, Mr. Carson received
a Bachelor of Science Degree in May 1986.
The Appraisal
Institute courses completed by Mr. Carson include: Capitalization
Theory and Techniques -Part A, Capitalization Theory and Techniques
-Part B, Real Estate Appraisal Principles, Basic Valuation Procedures,
Case Studies in Real Estate Valuation, Report Writing & Valuation
Analysis, and Standards of Professional Practice. Related seminars
include: Rate Extraction, Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, and Subdivision
Analysis.
