During Mr. Reasonover's
tenure in the appraisal field, he was in charge of appraising all
commercial properties in Dallas County when serving as the Commercial
Supervisor for the Dallas Central Appraisal District. In this capacity
he developed cost and income models and standards used for these
appraisals.
As a property
tax consultant, Mr. Reasonover has managed real estate portfolios
of major u.s. corporations. He has extensive negotia tion experience
in the Southwest, Midwest, and Southeast dealing with tax assessors
and appraisal districts. He has appeared before numerous formal
appeal boards and has given testimony in District Court regarding
valuation appeals. Mr. Reasonover has knowledge in both real estate
and business personal property. He has a thorougll knowledge of
the Texas Property Tax Code. The following is a sampling of clients
