Walter Northcutt has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for the past 19 years. Three years after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Northcutt was made Vice President of Beer Wells Real Estate Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. He later co-founded and is President of Beer Wells Real Estate Services—East Texas, Inc. and has lived in Longview, Texas, in the heart of the Piney Woods, since. He has served as President of the Gregg County Texas Exs, President of 100 Acres of Heritage (a downtown development task force) and President of the Longview Rotary Endowment. He is currently on the board of the University of Texas at Tyler’s Longview branch.

     Under Northcutt’s direction, Beer Wells has grown to be Longview’s leading commercial real estate firm. Beer Wells currently manages over 20 retail, industrial and office sites which translates into well over a million square feet of property Beer Wells embraces today’s technology to enhance communications with buyers and sellers. Northcutt implements this technology to market properties he represents, therefore maximizing the property’s exposure in the marketplace.
